You can reach one of the two main railways station in Milan

• Milan Central Station (Stazione Centrale) is some 15 minutes by taxi from San Raffaele Hospital or, by Metro’s green line from Stazione Centrale to Cascina Gobba Station
• Milano Cadorna Railways Station is some 20 minutes by taxi from San Raffaele Hospital or by Metro’s green line from Cadorna tube station to Cascina Gobba Station

From Cascina Gobba tube Station a direct automatic metro connects the station directly to the hospital.
